About Us:

The Carl H. Nolde Community Center located at 200 East Hickory Street is affordable rental housing for persons age 62 and older with low to moderate incomes. Apartments are also available for disabled and handicapped persons who are age 19 and older. There are five buildings with four 1-bedroom apartments in each building. Kitchen appliances are provided. Most utilities, snow removal, lawn care, trash service and on-site mail delivery are provided at no additional charge. Cable TV is provided at a greatly reduced cost. The social room, laundry facilities and office are located in the central community building. The apartments and grounds are clean and well maintained. This project is located across the street from dental and medical clinics and only two blocks from downtown Sutton.

Horseshoe Bend Villas located on East Lincoln Street consist of ten (10) 2-bedroom duplex rental apartments for persons age 55 or older. One of the ten apartments can be rented to persons under age 55. The units have an attached garage, walk-in shower, and include kitchen appliances as well as washers and dryer. Lawn care, snow removal and trash service are provided at no additional cost.
