About Us...
The Carl H. Nolde Communtiy Center is affordable housing for senior citizens with low to moderate incomes. Aprtments are also available for disabled and handicapped persons. It consists of five buildings with four apartments in each building. The social room, laundry facilities and office are located in the center building.

We also have the Horseshoe Bend Villas located on East Lincoln Street which consist of ten (10) 2-bedroom duplex apartments of which eight (8) apartments must be rented to persons 55 or older or handicapped. The Villas have an attached garage, walk in showers, appliances furnished. The lawn care, snow removal and trash are taken care of by the landlord
